Also address Integrity) <br />It was believed that K. C. Travis was one of the first recorded owners of the home, and who is also listed in the original building <br />permit cards. And though no further information was found about K 0. Travis' life or occupation, it was identified that the home at <br />821 N. Olive Street changed ownership quite frequently from the date of construction in 1928. Through researching the history of <br />the property, staff has identified some of those owners as Fred Wagner, Mrs. Golden L. Walker, Harry G. Armstrong, Lisa M. Shull, <br />and James G. Moe.
