THE MADISON MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 200 NORTH CABRILLO <br />PARK DRIVE <br /> <br /> Senior Planner Arabe provided a presentation which included an overview of the project, <br />the proposed site layout and noted issues and concerns relating to parking, side yard <br />setback, circulation and traffic. Representatives of Cabrillo Community Partners provided <br />a presentation which included information on project materials, amenities and design <br />concept; findings from a traffic analysis were also reviewed.
