The total sum to be expended under this agreement for the entire term shall not <br />exceed $4,750,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The City has a fleet inventory of 524 vehicles that use unleaded or diesel fuel.
