G. Homeland Security Executive Leaders Program. Any employee covered by this <br />MOU who successfully completes the Homeland Security Executive Leaders <br />Program shall be paid at a rate set five (5) salary rate ranges (approximately 2.5%) <br />above his or her then current base monthly salary step. <br />H. Advanced Leadership Program. The advanced leadership courses listed below <br />represent curriculum that exceed.minimum training. mandates for law enforcement <br />managers.
