ARTICLE X <br />10.0 VACATION <br />10.1 Purpose. It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to provide <br />them with a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose will be used as a guide in <br />the administration of the provisions of this.Article. <br />10.2 Vacation, <br />A. Effective January 1, 2016, the regular and longevity vacation accruals of bargaining <br />unit members were combined into one single vacation bank. The accrual rates <br />remained the same.
