ARTICLE IX <br />9.0 VACATION <br />9.1 Purpose. It is the policy of the City to grant employees vacation leave in order to <br />provide them with a break in their regular work schedule and this purpose will be <br />used as a guide in the administration of the provisions of this Article. <br />9.2 Administration. <br />A.
