Adopt a resolution approving Mitigated Negative Declaration/Environmental Review No. 2016- <br />165 and General Plan Amendment No. 2017-02 <br />2. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2017-03. <br />Executive Summary <br />Brian Hendricks, representing Community Development Partners, is requesting approval of two <br />entitlements to allow a new affordable residential development and commercial rehabilitation at <br />Tiny Tim Plaza located at 2223 and 2237 West Fifth Street. Specifically, the applicant is <br />requesting approval of a General Plan Amendment (GPA) to change the property's General Plan <br />land use designation from Low -Density Residential (LR) and General Commercial (GC) to the <br />Urban Neighborhood (UN) land use designation and approval of an Amendment Application (AA) <br />to change the property's zoning designation from Single -Family Residence (R1) and Two -Family <br />Residence (R2) to Specific Development (SD) No. 92.
