ER No. 2016-165, GPA No. 2017-02, AA No. 2017-03 — Tiny Tim Plaza Project at 2223 and 2237 <br />West Fifth Street <br />December 19, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />Development (SD) No. 92. Staff is recommending approval of the applicant's request due to the <br />site's proximity to transit services and employment centers and because the proposed project <br />has been designed to incorporate significant reinvestment in the entire project site and to <br />minimize impacts on surrounding land uses. <br />A complete analysis is provided in the attached staff report (Exhibit A).
