Also, the PROCHAMPS application provides <br />automated reporting of all property subject to the applicable legislation with <br />reports easily attained by staff and can be exported to Excel for additional <br />reporting functionality. <br />11. PRC understands and agrees that all documents, records, application, files, <br />and other materials provided in connection with the services rendered under <br />this agreement shall be the property of the City of Santa Ana and shall be <br />provided to the City within seven (7) business days, upon City's request and/or <br />upon termination of written agreement. <br />13.
