GG R A N I C U S RFP NO.: 17-1 G7 Automated Agenda Workflow <br />Program and Meeting Video Streaming/Archiving <br />Implementation & Training <br />Please note that since the City is a current Video Streaming S Archiving customer, we <br />have not included an implementation timeline for these services. The below information <br />is for Legistor implementation only. <br />1. INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND <br />This Scope of Work ("SOW") defines deliverables, responsible parties and timelines for <br />the implementation, and post -implementation service and support, of the legislative <br />management solution provided by Granicus, Inc. ("Granicus") to the City of Santa Ana <br />("Client"). This SOW is an integrated component of the final contract between Client <br />and Granicus. <br />Client has selected Granicus to provide a(n) Agenda Management (Legistar) solution. <br />Business objectives to be achieved by this solution are as follows: <br />Open Platform and Government Transparency with Legistar <br />• Reduce public inquiries with searchable, self-service access online <br />Allow the public to track legislation, ordinances, and voting member records <br />through Client website <br />Provide historical tracking and reporting on all legislation initiated in the solution <br />Legistar <br />• Streamline business process and workflow throughout the legislation process: <br />from drafting through adoption and filing <br />• Perform tasks associated with legislation drafting, review, approval, and filing <br />process electronically <br />• Automate the legislative workflow with electronic approvals and signatures <br />All Solutions <br />• Receive training for all members of the organization through a "train -the -trainer" <br />concept <br />• Substantially reduce hardcopy printing of documents related to meetings and <br />legislation <br />granicus.com I info@granicus.com <br />25A-60 <br />page 27 <br />
