API Integrations. Granicus makes available the use of its various APIs to Its Clients <br />to enable them to extend their Granicus data in a variety of ways. Examples <br />include leveraging the AN to Import data from a third -party system into Granicus <br />and, conversely, exporting data to a third party system. Granicus will provide its <br />APIs, as well as any existing documentation, to Client upon request. Any <br />modification to the AN is considered out of scope. <br />2.3. Additional Components, Not Included (For Legistar Only) <br />1. MUNICODE INTEGRATION: Legistar-Municode integration so that so that legislative <br />searches conducted on Client's InSite page can return data from both Client's <br />Legistar database and Municode. <br />2. LASERFICHE INTEGRATION: Laserfiche Integration so that files can be both retrieved from <br />and deposited into the Loserfiche system (Laserfiche required). <br />3. An ADDITIONAL DATABASE can be purchased if an additional training or QA <br />environment is required. <br />4. ATS (APPROVAL TRACKING SYSTEM/ONLINE APPROVAL SYSTEM): (Note: This a default <br />component of the Legistar system that allows for electronic approval to be used in <br />the various workflows and is optional.) Granicus will review the approval tracking <br />sequences with Client on Needs Analysis Call #3 and configure up to 25 complete <br />sequences.
