Cost Estimating Services — this proposal includes an additional fee for the expanded <br />scope, for estimating services during Tasks 3 and 4. <br />S. Civil Engineering — this proposal includes Civil Engineering services for the expanded <br />project footprint. <br />6. MEP —this proposal Includes additional plumbing and site electrical engineering services <br />for the expanded scope of work, assuming coordination of primate trail system drainage <br />with CLR and KPFF Civil, as well as coordination of animal waterers and feeders for <br />primates. <br />7. Structural Engineering— this proposal includes expanded services for the proposed <br />primate trail systems and (2) habitats, including engineering of necessary support posts, <br />foundations, caging design, and other necessary rigging, attachments and coordination. <br />B. Architecture & Exhibit Design —this proposal Includes the services and scope described <br />above, and as illustrated in the current concept plan.
