Accordingly, <br />the Interim Executive Director of Community Development proposes that one Senior <br />Management Analyst position in the Community Development Agency be reclassified and <br />reallocated to Principal Management Analyst. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #7 — Team Santa Ana, Objective #6. <br />(provide a positive workplace environment that supports the health of its employees and <br />celebrates its success and goals). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Assuming an effective date of February 1, 2018, the reallocation of the Senior Management <br />Analyst position to Principal Management Analyst position will cost $6,005 for the remainder of <br />the fiscal year, funds are budgeted and available in fiscal year 2017-18 in the Successor Agency <br />Administration (account no. 67018843-61000 Salaries Regular).
