It is <br />currently understood by EA that an IP address list exists in lieu of a full set of <br />network drawings. Assets to be included on the network drawings should include: <br />1. Dynac servers <br />2. Switches <br />S. Security appliances <br />4. Radio communications <br />5. Sites <br />6. Site networks <br />8.6 As -built site documentation <br />As -built documentation for the entire water system should be collected (scanned if <br />necessary) and stored in a central location. This should also include taking <br />detailed photographs of all 'I ' ocations. This information has enormous value when it <br />comes to troubleshooting anmaking changes to the facilities. <br />1. All documentation collected should be verified to ensure that they are as - <br />built <br />2. Missing documentation such.as P&IDs, panel drawings, electrical <br />drawings, etc., should be identified <br />3. Documents found to be out of date should be updated to reflect existing <br />conditions. <br />4.
