Award Purchase Order for Jetter Vacuum Truck <br />February 20, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />The bids were opened on December 27, 2017, and evaluated. The two bids from Municipal <br />Maintenance Equipment, Inc. were deemed noncompliant due to the vehicle chassis and engine <br />not meeting minimum specification requirements. The bid from Plumbers Depot Inc. is <br />responsive to the specifications and meets the City's requirements. To allow for unanticipated <br />charges, a $10,430 (2%) contingency has been included in the award amount.
