In the event the software licensed or <br />listed above changes in name, and/or improvements are made,, Aztecs will provide software with <br />functionality that is similar to or with substantially the some or greater functionality of the <br />originally licensed software, provided all current license fees have been paid. <br />Updates may not always include any release, option or future program that Aztecs licenses <br />separately, Updates are provided when available (as determined by Aztecs). Aztecs is under no <br />obligation to develop any future programs or functionality.
