MANAHAN PE <br />DIRECTOR <br />Newcomb Anderson McCormick <br />As a Director with Newcomb Anderson McCormick, Mr. Manahan leads efforts <br />to develop and manage solar programs for the K-12 school districts, universities <br />and community colleges, and municipalities. Mr. Manahan has a demonstrated <br />ability to combine creativity, strategic planning, and detail -oriented execution <br />necessary for effective program management. Mr. Manahan is familiar with <br />end-to-end support for solar Implementation Including solar feasibility studies, <br />existing facility energy audits, board support, Request for Proposal creation, <br />proposal evaluation, contract negotiations, solar design review, technical <br />construction oversight, commissioning oversight,solar project closeout,. and <br />solar system monitoring,: <br />SELECTED PROJECTS <br />• Foothill DeAnza PV Project <br />Supported Foothill DeAnza College's development of a 1.3 MW tracking <br />system project. Managed the technical design reviews and approvals, <br />advised on construction issues; and ensured that the project provided a <br />positive netfinanclal benefitto the district. <br />• City of Palm Springs <br />Currently supporting, City of Palm Springs In their efforts to procure solar <br />across 14 sites, Each site has unique requirements with various system <br />types including solar shade structures, roof mount solar, and ground <br />mount solar. The total portfolio contain over 3.2 MW of solar power,. <br />• County of Alameda R -REP <br />Provided 'technical consulting to County of Alameda joint Regional <br />Renewable Energy Procurement (R -REP). The R -REP includes 19 public <br />agencies for a total of over 180 sites developed with renewable energy <br />systems totaling 30 MW throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, San Mateo <br />and Santa ClaraCounties. Mr. Manahan provided guidance in initial site <br />feasibility studies; RFP creation, and proposal evaluation support Project <br />financials were provided for every site during the evaluation process for <br />both PPA and ownership scenarios. <br />• Pajaro Valley USD <br />Supported PVUSD to assist In the development of approximately 1 MW of <br />direct purchase solar across five school sites. Managed the technical design <br />reviews and approvals; advised on construction issues, and ensured that <br />the project provided a positive net financial benefit to the district. <br />• Canada College <br />Supported San Mateo. Community College District development of a 1 MW <br />direct purchase ground mount system project.
