CECCO <br />ENERGY ENGINEER <br />Newcomb Anderson McCormick <br />As an Energy Engineer with Newcomb Anderson McCormick, Mr. Cecco <br />contributes to the implementation and analysis of energy efficiency <br />projects, Providing engineering support, Mr. Cecco performs energy <br />analyses for commercial, Industrial and government projects as well as <br />optimization of utility Incentives for these projects. Mr. Cecco has <br />experience in construction management and renewable energy project <br />development. <br />SELECTED PROJECTS <br />California Community College and Investor Owned Utility <br />(CCC/IOU) Energy Efficiency Partnership <br />Provides engineering due diligence support for energy efficiency <br />retrofits, conducting site. inspections, performing :energy savings <br />analysis, technical reviews of contractor work and supporting overall <br />program management. This public's good charge (PGC) funded <br />program,: which is part of the IOU 2010.2012 energy efficiency <br />program cycle, is a $22 million statewide program that serves the 112 <br />campus California Community College system, and has set aggressive <br />savings goals of 84 million kWh, 2.5 million therms, and peak demand <br />savings of 19 MW, <br />Brea Olinda Unified School District K-12 Prop 39 Assistance <br />Provides management and technical services to Identify and calculate <br />energy efficiency measures to be funded by Prop 39, Phase 1- Project <br />Identification: Benchmarking, ASHRAE ,Level II Audits, .engineering <br />development, and CEC reporting and tracking. Phase 2 - Project <br />Implementation: Developing technical bid process and providing <br />technical oversight during the implementation process. <br />Citrus College <br />Currently supporting Citrus College in the development of direct <br />purchase solar system at its main campus. Managing the technical <br />design review and approval process, advising on construction issues, <br />and ensuring that the project provides a positive net financial benefit <br />to the College. <br />City of Manhattan Beach <br />Provides energy engineering support for NAM's project development, <br />outreach, and funding activities for energy efficiency and renewable <br />generation projects at the City of Manhattan Beach. <br />San Diego County Office of Education <br />Works closely with the office's Energy & Resource Management <br />Specialist to craft an RPP for solar project procurement, Including the <br />Installation of several electric vehicle charging stations, with various <br />financing options.
