17. NOTICE OF OCCURRENCE OR OFFENSE <br />Paragraph a. of Condition 2. "Duties In The Event Of Occurrence, Offense, Claim Or Suit` is replaced <br />with the following: <br />b. You, your insurance manager or any other person you designate must see to it that we are <br />notified as soon as practicable of an "occurrence" or an offense which may result in a claim. To <br />the extent possible, notice should include: <br />(1) How, when and where the occurrence" or offense took place; <br />(2) The names and addresses of any injured persons and witnesses; and <br />(3) The nature and location of any injury or damage arising out of the 'occurrence" or offense. <br />18, EARLIER NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PROVIDED BY US <br />For any statutorily permitted reason other than nonpayment of premium, the number of days required <br />for notice of cancellation, as provided in paragraph 2. of either the CANCELLATION Common Policy <br />Condition or as amended by an applicable state cancellation endorsement, will be the greater of: <br />1. The minimum number of days stated by the statute; or <br />2. 90 days. <br />19. CRISIS MANAGEMENT — CERTIFIED ACTS OF TERRORISM <br />a. If you purchased "certified act of terrorism" coverage under this Coverage Part, we will <br />reimburse you for "crisis management expenses" incurred by you because of a "crisis event' to <br />which this insurance applies. <br />The amount of such reimbursement is limited as described in Paragraph d. below. No other <br />obligation or liability to pay sums or perform acts or services is covered. <br />b. This insurance applies to a "crisis event" only if The "bodily injury" or "property damage" is <br />caused by a "certified act of terrorism" that takes place in the "coverage territory" during the <br />policy period. <br />c. We will reimburse "crisis management expenses" only if: <br />(1) The expenses are incurred within one year of the date the 'certified act of terrorism" took <br />place; and <br />(2) The expenses are reported to us within one year of the date the expenses were incurred. <br />d. The Aggregate Limit and the rules below fix the most we will pay regardless of the number of: <br />(1) Insureds; <br />(2) "Certified act of terrorism"; or <br />(3) "Crisis events". <br />The Aggregate Limit of $100,000 is the most we will reimburse you for the sum of all 'crisis <br />management expenses" incurred for all " crisis events" occurring during the policy period. <br />e.
