There were no speakers and the hearing <br />was closed. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2017-19 and approving Historic Register Categorization No. 2017-28. <br /> <br />2. Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute Historic Property Preservation Agreement No. 2017-33 (Mills <br />Act agreement) with Timothy and Ann Johnson, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> <br />WORK STUDY CALENDAR <br /> <br />2. HISTORIC RESOURCES EVALUATION OVERVIEW AND PRACTICES <br /> <br />Senior Planner McCann provided a presentation which included information on the <br />following: <br /> <br /> Criteria of Selection <br /> Architectural Style <br /> Character Defining Features <br /> Building Research and Eligibility for Local Register <br /> Historic Resource Integrity <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />3. STAFF MEMBER COMMENTS <br /> <br /> Principal Planner Carvajal <br /> Provided an update on the Historic Plaque Program; staff is working on a plaque <br />template; it will be brought forward for consideration. <br /> Introduced new Assistant Planner, Pedro Gomez. <br /> <br />Assistant Attorney Storck <br /> Provided instruction to Commission on how to agendize items: A consensus among any <br />three members must be reached to take up any matter for preliminary review that is not
