EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Work <br />Fairview Road Signal Synchronization <br />INTRODUCTION <br />The City of Costa Mesa ("CITY") will lead the Fairview Road PROJECT to optimize signal <br />synchronization timing along the Fairview Road Corridor between Garden Grove Boulevard and <br />Newport Boulevard South. This project will also include the intersections of Fair Drive at Loyola <br />Road and Fair Drive at Vanguard Way. Below is the list of intersections: <br />1.
