Located on the west side of North Riverside Drive, the building is a one -and -a -half story, single-family residence constructed in the English Revival style. Generally rectangular in plan, the building has a steep -pitch, cross -gabled roof with gabled dormers and an end brick chimney at the northern gable. The roof is characterized by rolled eaves, and is clad in contemporary asphalt shingle roofing. The exterior is clad in stucco throughout, with the exception of the brick chimney. The primary entry contains a round -arch door set into a projecting gabled entry. A band of rectangular multilight casement windows dominates the front, east elevation along with a multilight fixed window with segmental arch. Other fenestration includes rectangular and round -arch casement windows. A detached garage is located at the southwest corner of the parcel, situated at the end of a Hollywood driveway that has been altered with contemporary stone paving that flanks the sides of the concrete ribbons. The trapezoidal parcel is landscaped with lawn, a contemporary stone -paved pathway to the main entry, and various low vegetation at the front setback.
