Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries.) <br />Located on the west side of North Riverside Drive, the building is a one -and -a -half story, single-family residence constructed <br />in the English Revival style. Generally rectangular in plan, the building has a steep -pitch, cross -gabled roof with gabled <br />dormers and an end brick chimney at the northern gable. The roof is characterized by rolled eaves, and is clad in <br />contemporary asphalt shingle roofing. The exterior is clad in stucco throughout, with the exception of the brick chimney. The <br />primary entry contains a round -arch door set into a projecting gabled entry. A band of rectangular multilight casement <br />windows dominates the front, east elevation along with a multilight fixed window with segmental arch. Other fenestration <br />includes rectangular and round -arch casement windows. A detached garage is located at the southwest corner of the parcel, <br />situated at the end of a Hollywood driveway that has been altered with contemporary stone paving that flanks the sides of the <br />concrete ribbons. The trapezoidal parcel is landscaped with lawn, a contemporary stone -paved pathway to the main entry, <br />and various low vegetation at the front setback. The buildings and overall property are in good condition. The building retains <br />sufficient integrity to convey its original design. <br />*P3b.
