Producer shall pay all City costs incurred in enforcing the approved entertainment <br />schedule. <br />b. Quiet Hours: There shall be designated quiet times as follows: Saturday between 12:00 <br />a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Quiet hours shall be <br />strictly enforced. Provided however that Event Producer shall have the right to clean the <br />area, dismantle the various staging and other equipment and load and remove the items <br />during quiet hours. Event producer may use heavy equipment such as fork lifts during <br />this process. <br />12. OPERATION MANUAL <br />Event Producerwill provide City an operational manual no laterthan September 1, 2018 for use <br />during the Festival and containing all final plans and contact information for Event Producer's <br />representative on site during the Festival. <br />13. STAGES <br />The stage and associated entertainment shall be programmed and produced during the duration <br />of the Event. See Site Map in Exhibit A for the location of the Main Stage and Stadium. Additional <br />stages may be proposed and submitted to the City Manager or his designee for approval. <br />14. ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO <br />Event Producer agrees not to sell, distribute or allow the sale or distribution of any alcohol <br />outside of the Beer Garden perimeter and VIP seating area established by the City. Sponsorship by <br />alcohol product companies shall be allowed subject to pre -approval by City. Event Producer also agrees <br />not to sell, distribute or allow the sale or distribution of any tobacco products during the Event. <br />Absolutely no direct tobacco product advertising shall be allowed within or associated with the Event. <br />Neither tobacco nor alcohol product advertising shall be distributed to minors. Event producer including <br />employees, independent contractors and entertainers cannot engage in the consumption of alcohol or <br />use of tobacco at any time during the contractual obligation of the event. <br />15. SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENTS <br />City shall receive copies of all sponsorship agreements between Event Producer and any <br />sponsor for the Festival. All sponsors for the Festival must be pre -approved by the City Manager or his <br />designee. The City reserves the right to pre -approve any sponsorship materials using the City's name, <br />logo, or City seal. <br />16. FINANCIAL INFORMATION <br />Event Producer shall provide a final dollar figure showing the net profit or net loss of the Festival <br />to the City within sixty (60) days of the conclusion of the Festival. <br />17. STAGING AREA <br />Event Producer shall provide a staging area or booth, command post and a booth for PRCSA, <br />at no cost to City, for City personnel to utilize for the duration of said Festival. <br />18. AGREEMENTS BETWEEN VENDORS OR SUB -CONTRACTORS AND EVENT PRODUCER <br />Any agreements between Event Producer and Sub -Contractors or vendors for services for <br />Festival shall include the following provisions: <br />
