Carter and other Orange County Leaders, I am a current resident of Santa Ana and have lived
my entire 27 years in Orange County. Recently I was outraged that the other cities in our great county are refusing to assist in
the homeless crisis and are choosing instead to force more responsibility on Santa Ana, even as our resources and available
space run thin. Like Irvine, Laguna Niguel, and every other city, our children deserve a safe walk to school. We deserve clean
parks and public areas, and we deserve the same consideration for how the homeless population affects our day-to-day lives.
One city should not carry the burden of an entire county. Please represent me and the thousands of other tax -paying, voting, and
law-abiding citizens of Santa Ana by showing your support in this matter.
Thank you for your representation,
Laura Gonzalez
E
