Carter and other Orange County Leaders.
I am a resident of Santa Ana and I am outraged that the other cities in our great county are refusing to assist in the
homeless crisis. Like Irvine, Laguna Niguel, Huntington Beach, and every other city in this county, our children deserve a
safe walk to school. We deserve clean parks . and public areas, and we deserve the same consideration for how the
homeless population affects our day-to-day lives. One city should not carry the burden of an entire county.
Please represent me and the thousands of other tax -paying, voting and law-abiding citizens of Santa Ana by showing
your support in this matter.
When I read about the other cities in this state i.e. San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego , where the homeless
Problems are out of control, why would these city councilman in our county not want to ban together
And find a solution for this situation. Can't we keep Orange County a place we chose to live in because of its
Appeal or will this be another California statistic?
Karen Knapp.
Resident of West Floral Park
D]
