Resolution — FY 2018-19 S13-1 RMRA Project List <br />April 17, 2018 <br />Page 2 <br />As part of various accountability and transparency measures pursuant to SB -1, the City will <br />annually submit a proposed RMRA project list to the CTC and subsequently provide year end <br />updates on the progress of previously proposed projects. Given the need for these street <br />improvements and the project eligibility requirements defined by the CTC, staff recommends that <br />the City Council adopt a resolution recognizing the proposed project list utilizing RMRA 2018-19 <br />funds. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 - Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (Establish and Maintain a Community Investment Plan for All City <br />Assets), Strategy G (Develop and Implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in <br />Coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Pursuant to the California Transportation Commission's (CTC) March 2018 Annual Reporting <br />Guidelines for Local Streets and Roads Funding, staff has identified a total of 9 (nine) CIP <br />projects to be funded with anticipated FY 2018/19 RMRA revenue in the table shown below.
