MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an agreement with Interactive Games and Creations, Inc. dba G and C <br />Event Productions to produce the Fiestas Patrias 2018 event, which will <br />include an in-kind subsidy for city internal costs of up to $75,000, for a <br />period from April 4, 2018 through December 31, 2018, with the option to <br />renew two additional one-year terms upon approval by the City and an <br />additional $75,000 in-kind subsidy for each Fiestas Patrias event <br />produced, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018-082). <br />25C. APPROVE AN AMENDMENT WITH WINBOURNE CONSULTING FOR <br />PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE INTEGRATED SOFTWARE <br />SYSTEM FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1, 2A) — <br />Police Department <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an amendment to the agreement with Winbourne Consulting for project <br />management services for the implementation of the TriTech integrated <br />software system, extending the term through August 31, 2018, and <br />increasing the amount by $43,000 for a new total agreement amount not to <br />exceed $203,000, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2018-083). <br />25D. APPROVE AMENDMENT AND AN AGREEMENT WITH LEXISNEXIS FOR <br />LEGAL RESEARCH SERVICES {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 7, 51 - City Attorney's <br />Office <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute agreements to include additional services in the amount of <br />$14,394 for a term beginning April 3, 2018 through December 31, 2020 and <br />a total aggregate amount not exceed $39,639, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />1. Approve the amendment and supplement the terms of the Lexis <br />Advance Subscription Agreement previously entered into between <br />LexisNexis, a division of RELX Inc. (" LN") and Subscriber (the <br />"Subscription Agreement") (AGMT. No. 2018-084). <br />2. Approve the Fixed Price Agreement which shall begin on the date the <br />Customer billing account is activated by LN and continue for a non — <br />cancelable period of 36 full calendar months (AGMT.
