The report includes <br />tasks, next steps, outcomes, and percentage completed for each project. <br />The CIP Executive Summary Schedule is available on the City's website at: <br />http://www.santa-ana.ora/pwa/documents/ExecutiveMonth[VCI PApri]2018.pdf <br />The following remarks are provided to note significant matters related to CIP projects: <br />Santa Ana and 5th Street Protected Bike Lanes (ATP) <br />This project will provide a protected bike lane on Santa Ana Boulevard and 5th Street, connecting <br />the Downtown/Civic Center to the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center. A significant <br />portion of the project shares the same alignment as the Orange County Transportation Authority <br />(OCTA) OC Streetcar project. Substantial design coordination has occurred over the past year, <br />and is still ongoing with OCTA's OC Streetcar design team to ensure an effective delivery of both <br />projects. <br />Fairview Street Widening from 9th Street to 16th Street including Bridge Replacement <br />This project is currently in the environmental phase and will continue until early 2019. The <br />proposed project includes replacing the Fairview Street Bridge over the Santa Ana River and <br />widening Fairview Street between 9th Street and 16th Street from four -lanes to six -lanes. The <br />existing four -lane bridge would be replaced with a new six -lane bridge (three lanes in each <br />direction), including a complete bridge deck with barrier rails, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, a raised <br />19D-1 <br />
