Inc., Total Fence <br />Solutions, Inc., and RS Construction & Development Inc. as nonresponsive. All four vendors <br />failed to include the required CDBG documents in their bid. <br />2. Award a one-time purchase and payment of purchase order to P&P Develop Inc. for purchase <br />and installation of a wrought iron fence in an amount not to exceed $175,000 plus a $17,500 <br />contingency for a total amount not to exceed $192,500, subject to non -substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />3. Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing $27,401 in revenue from prior years in the <br />Fees and Donations account (02213002-50001), and $45,099 in revenue from prior years in <br />the Residential Development District 2 In Lieu account (31213002-50001) and appropriating <br />$27,401 in Fees and Donations funds (02213200-66220) and $45,099 in Residential <br />Development District 2 In Lieu funds (31213261-66220). <br />The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency (PRCSA) is responsible for maintaining <br />parks within the City. Birch Park is the oldest park site in the City. PRCSA wishes to preserve <br />the historical aesthetics of the park by installing a decorative wrought iron fence that enhances <br />the historical feature of the park. Additionally, the fence will assist in managing the operational <br />hours of the park, which are 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Partial funding for this project in the amount <br />of $27,401 came from donations collected by the Santa Ana Senior Center Advisory Board. <br />Another $27,401 were raised through employee contributions for senior programs and various <br />other fees and donations collected to allow PRCA to complete this project. <br />20B-1 <br />
