community, a better quality of life and better opportunities for all, we need to <br />replace the old, derelict regime. <br />It is too late for the Mayor to become an honest and ethical man. We all know <br />this. It is time for change. And I do not mean a. legacy regime that <br />Councilmember Solorio represents. Change needs to begin with a person <br />unrelated and unthethered to the Mayor.
