The following <br />interview was audio digitally recorded: <br />On March 11, 2015, at approximately 1245 hours, was sitting inside her apartment <br />when she heard someone yelling, “Put down the gun.” She looked out the window adjacent to <br />their balcony, towards Main Street, and saw police officers attempting get vehicles in the roadway <br />to leave the area. saw a white pick-up truck stopped in the roadway of northbound Main <br />Street, with police officers standing outside their cars, pointing guns at the suspect, later identified <br />as BENITO OSORIO. Officers were yelling commands, “Put it down, drop the weapon, it’s not worth <br />it”, repeatedly in both English and Spanish. exited her apartment and went out onto the <br />balcony overlooking Main Street.
