CORONER: 15-01178-AI <br /> <br />On Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at 1250 hours, I received a telephone call from Santa <br />Ana Police Department (SAPD) Sergeant GERRY SERRANO who advised of an officer involved <br />shooting incident that occurred at 300 South Main Street, in the city of Santa Ana. Sergeant <br />SERRANO requested the Orange County District Attorney’s Officer Involved Incident <br />Investigation Team, respond to the location and conduct an investigation into the incident. <br /> I notified Orange County District Attorney Investigators DEAN FULCHER, RYAN SMITH, <br />CHRIS McSHANE, DOMINGO CABRERA, SUSAN FRAZIER, VIVIAN TABB, BRUCE LINN, MIKE <br />KENDRICK, and ERIC WISEMAN and requested they respond to assist in the investigation. <br /> At 1513 hours, SAPD Sergeant JEFF SMITH conducted a briefing of the known <br />circumstances surrounding the incident for personnel involved in the investigation. The <br />following was learned from the briefing and preliminary investigation: <br /> On Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at 1250 hours, Santa Ana Police Department officers <br />received a call of two males fighting at 819 South Cypress Street, Santa Ana.
