Santa Ana Police detective FRANK GOMEZ <br />was also present and provided Spanish translation during the interview. The following is a <br />summary of the interview: <br /> was working as a car salesman at Valley View Motors, located at 525 South <br />Harbor Boulevard, in the city of Santa Ana. The location was across the street from the scene of <br />the shooting incident. estimated that he was approximately 100-150 feet from the <br />location of the shooting incident. <br /> At approximately 1521 hours, was in the parking lot, near his office, when he <br />heard a single gunshot from across Harbor Boulevard. He looked west from his location and <br />saw a uniformed female police officer, later identified as SAPD Officer JESSICA GUIDRY, holding <br />ORANGE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE <br />BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION <br />INTERVIEW REPORT
