Adopt a resolution to accept the State of California Volunteers grant award, and <br /> authorize the City Manager to enter into State of California — Department of <br /> General Services, Standard Agreement No. JP2017-Y2526 (Grant Agreement) <br /> for $1,500,000 for the Santa Ana Youth Employment Program. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2026-XXX entitled A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT <br /> FUNDS FOR CALIFORNIA VOLUNTEERS 2025-2026 YOUTH SERVICE <br /> CORPS COMPETITIVE PROGRAM THROUGH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> FOR THE CITY OF SANTA ANA YOUTH EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM <br /> 2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to conduct all negotiations, sign, and <br /> submit all documents, including, but not limited to, applications, agreements, <br /> amendments, and payment requests, which may be necessary for the completion <br /> of the Project scope, including, but not limited to, agreements with contractors, <br /> consultants, and vendors detailed in Exhibit B, Budget Detail of the Grant <br /> Agreement. <br /> 3.
