ORDINANCE NO. NS-560 AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF ARTICLE III <br />OF THE SANTA ANA MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br />REGULATIONS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 2 of Article III of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 2 - TRAFFIC REGULATIONS <br /> <br />Part 1 - Definitions <br /> <br />SECTION 3210. Definition of Words and Phrases. <br /> <br /> The definitions contained in this Part shall govern the <br />construction of thisChapter. Whenever any words or phrases <br />used in this Chapter are not defined herein, but are now <br />defined in the Vehicle Code, State of California, such defi- <br />nitions areincorporated herein and shall be deemed to apply <br />to such words and phrases as though set forth herein in full. <br /> <br />SECTION 3210.1. Same. Central Parkinq Districts. <br /> <br /> Central Parking Districts "A" and "B" as hereinafter <br />referred to are those traffic districts which are now or may <br />hereafter be specified by Resolution of the City Council as <br />Central Parking District "A" and Central Parking District "B" <br />respectively. <br /> <br />~SECTION 3210.2. Same. Alleys. <br /> <br /> The word "Alley" is defined as any way or place open to <br />public vehicular traffic which has a usable width of 20 feet <br />or less. <br /> <br />SECTION 3210.3. Same. Holidays. <br /> <br /> For the purposes of Article III, Chapters 2 and 3 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, holidays are as follows: Sundays <br />and any other days adopted by Resolution of the City Council. <br /> <br />SECTION 3210.4. Same. Loadinq Zone. <br /> <br /> The space adjacent to a curb reserved for the exclusive <br />use of a vehicle during the loading or unloading of passengers <br />or materials. <br /> <br />SECTION 3210.5. Same. Official Time Standards. <br /> <br /> Whenever certain hours are named herein, they shall mean <br />standard time or daylight saving tame as may be in current <br />use in the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 3210.6.
