<br />for the construction of the Santa Ana Library ~!!d~ng.

<br />On motion of Counc~m~ ~11, seconded by Hubbard and carried, the plans and speci-
<br />fications ~ere approved and the Purchasing ~gent authorized to advertise for bi~s
<br />for the construction of a sanitary se~r on Eighth Street from Van Ness to Birch
<br />Street and on Ross Street frc~ Sixth to Eighth Street, Pro~ect No. 20; bids to be
<br />opened June 25, 1958.
