Employees enrolled in more expensive plans will be <br />required to pay the difference in premium rates. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Retirement Reopener: Effective July 1, 2006, discuss the feasibility <br />of an enhanced retirement formula for non-sworn. <br /> <br />25J-1 <br />
