RESOLUTION NO 73-4 A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA ADOPTING BUDGET FOR PROJECT CAL 93-1 OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1974. vlliEREAS, Project Cal 93-1, Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana begins its new fiscal year July 1, 1973; and WHEREAS, under the terms and conditions outlined in Cir- cular HM 7475.12, paragraph 6 e, dated 11-28-72 of the HUD Handbook, that proposed expenditures are necessary in the ef- ficient and economical operation of the housing for the pur- pose of serving low-income families; that the financial plan is reasonable in that: 1. It indicates a source of funding adequate to cover all proposed expenditures. 2. It does not provide for Federal funding in excess of that payable under said Circular that all proposed charges and expenditures will be consistent with provisions of law and the Annual Contributions Contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA: That the budget be approved and submitted to the Department of Housing & Urban Development with approval recommended; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Budget be posted to the books of account and filed in the office of the Authority.
