CAT.T FnRIJTA <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />October 23, 1995 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Santa Ana Planning Commission was called to order by <br />Chairman Mondo at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, <br />Santa Ana, California. Other Commissioners present included: Margaret Brown, <br />Alexander Nalle, Teresa Segura, and Steve Oliver arrived at 7:06 p.m. Also in <br />attendance were Robyn Uptegraff, Executive Director, Jeffry Rice, Acting Planning <br />Manager; Charles View, Senior Planner, Linda Hale, Senior Planner, Sergio Klotz, <br />Associate Planner; Vince Fregoso, Associate Planner; and Bill Apple, Assistant <br />Planner II. Other staff in attendance included: Pam Lucado, Public Works <br />Agency, Mike McCoy, Police Department, Sharon McCain-Johnson, Recording <br />Secretary, and Valley High School representatives Diana Lopez and Martha Brito. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES of the regular Planning Commission meeting of <br />October 9, 1995. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of October 9, 1995. <br />B. RECONSIDERATION OF ACTIONS taken at previous meeting. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />None. <br />i~ <br />*** E N D O F C O N S E N T C A L E N D A R*** <br />Commissioner Brown moved to approve the Consent Calendar items. The <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Na11e. <br />AYES: Mondo, Brown, Nalle, and Segura <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Oliver, Doughty, and Pedroza <br />C. Comments from the Executive Director. (Robyn Uptegraff) <br />Ms. Uptegraff informed the Commission that all restaurants that are opened <br />24 hours had been personally visited by Larry Yenglin and that they all <br />had received applications for Conditional Use Permits. <br />D. Comments from the Planning Manager. (Jeffry Rice) <br />No comments were made. <br />E. Comments from the Planning Commission <br />No comments were made. <br />F.
