APPEAL OF THE PLANNING MANAGER'S DECISION NO.00-02 <br />Filed by Mr. Carl Marx to appeal the Planning Manager's Decision to deny an addition of a master bedroom <br />and bath to an existing single-family residence located at 1107 South Van Ness Avenue in the Single-Family <br />(Rl) zoning district. <br />(Continued by the Planning Commission February 28, 2000 to March 13, 2000) <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Receive and file the Categorical Exemption for Environmental Review No. 00-30. <br />2. Adopt a resolution denying Appeal of the Planning Manager's Decision No. 00-02. <br />Mr. Bob SL Paul presented the staff report and analysis, which supported a recommendation of denial of the <br />Planning Manager's appeal. <br />Commissioners Verino, Solorio, and Mondo raised a number of questions regarding design proposals. The <br />applicants, Mr. and Mrs. Cazl Mazx re-affirmed their case for support of the original design. Cost, design, and <br />
