Approval of the Minutes from the regular meetings of Febrttazy 1Q, 1999. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Approve the minutes of the regular meetings of February 1(~, 1999. <br />2. Discussion of the interpretation of various sections of Chaff tap r 30. (Gazy Sheatz) <br />Mr. Sheatz discussed with the Commission the interpretation of Chapter 30, Sections 30.1 and <br />30.2 which listed the criteria for structures on the City's list. He noted modifications needed in <br />the two sections of the code and stated that the items would be brought back before the Historic <br />Commission and City Council for action. <br /> <br />4. Commissioners Marsh and Corpin, expressed that they believed the <br />previously appointed committee had done an appropriate jab of categorizing the list and no <br />additional work was required. In addition, Commissioner Marsh stated that she believed the <br />Commission was not ready to act on staff's recommendation and requested a committee be <br />formed to address the issue. <br />Historic Resources Commission <br />1 <br />March ]0, 1999 <br />
