WHERE WALLS AND/OR FLOORS ARE REMOVED, CONTRACTOR <br />SHALL INSURE THAT ALL NEW FINISHED SURFACES ARE LEVEL WITH <br />ADJACENT EXISTING SURFACES. <br />7. CONTRACTOR SHALL RELOCATE TO NEW LOCATION ANY CONTROL <br />DEVICES FOR CEILING MOUNTED EQUIPMENT DESIGNATED TO BE <br />REMOVED AND/OR RELOCATED WITHIN AREA OF DEMOLITION. <br />9. PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN BARRICADES, LIGHTING AND GUARDRAIL AS <br />REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE CODES AND REGULATIONS TO PROTECT <br />WORKERS AND OCCUPANTS OF THE BUILDING. <br />10. IF DEMOLITION IS PERFORMED IN EXCESS OF THAT WHICH IS <br />REQUIRED, RESTOR AFFECTED AREAS AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO <br />THE OWNER. <br />11. REMOVE ABANDONED HVAC EQUIPMENT INCLUDING DUCTWORK. <br />12. REMOVE ABANDONED, ELECTRICAL, TELEPHONE AND DATA CABLING <br />AND DEVICES, INCLUDING THE CONTENTS OF THE FLOOR CELL <br />RACEWAY SYSTEMS, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. <br />13. REMOVE EXISTING FLOOR FINISHES AND PREPARE SUB-FLOOR AS <br />REQUIRED TO RECEIVE NEW FLOOR FINISHES, UNLESS OTHERWISE <br />NOTED. <br />14. REMOVE EXISTING CEILINGS, DUCTWORK, LIGHTING AND OTHER <br />CEILING MOUNTED DEVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. <br />15.
