<br />THE FOLLOWING NOTES (ITEMS) REPRESENT THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL

<br />TITLE 24 REQUIREMENTS
<br /> 1. DOORS AND WINDOWS SHALL MEET THE MINIMUM INFILTRATION REQUIREMENTS PER
<br />SECTION 110.6 AND 110.7 E.E.S.
<br /> 2. ALL ENVELOPE AND MECHANICAL CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE FORMS AND ALL
<br />RELATED ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE FIELD INSPECTOR
<br />DURING CONSTRUCTION. CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL
<br />THESE FORMS ARE REVIEWED AND APPROVED.
<br /> 3. ALL PIPING AND DUCT WORK SHALL BE INSULATED CONSISTENT WITH THE
<br />REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 120.3, 120.4, AND 120.7 TITLE 24 ENERGY STANDARDS
<br />AND CHAPTER 6 OF CMC.
<br /> 4. ALL HVAC SYSTEMS SHALL MEET THE CONTROL REQUIREMENTS PER SECTION 110.2
<br />AND 120.2 E.E.S.
<br /> 5. ALL HVAC EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS PER
<br />SECTION 110.1 -110.3, 110.5, 120.1-120.4 TITLE-24 ENERGY STANDARDS.
<br /> 6. INSULATION MATERIAL SHALL MEET THE CALIFORNIA QUALITY STANDARD PER
<br />SECTION 110.8 ENERGY EFFICIENCY STANDARDS (E.E.S.)
<br /> 7, THE PERSON WITH OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSTRUCTION OR THE PERSON
<br />RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF REGULATED FEATURES, MATERIALS,
<br />COMPONENTS, OR MANUFACTURED DEVICES SHALL POST, OR MAKE AVAILABLE WITH
<br />THE BUILDING PERMIT(S) ISSUED FOR THE BUILDING, THE REQUIRED INSTALLATION
<br />CERTIFICATE(S) FOR FEATURES, MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, OR MANUFACTURED
<br />DEVICES REGULATED BY THE APPLIANCE EFFICIENCY REGULATIONS OR PART 6.
<br />SUCH INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE(S) SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE
<br />ENFORCEMENT AGENCY FOR ALL APPROPRIATE INSPECTIONS. THESE CERTIFICATES
<br />SHALL:
<br />I. IDENTIFY FEATURES, MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, OR MANUFACTURED DEVICES
<br />REQUIRED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPLIANCE EFFICIENCY
<br />REGULATIONS AND PART 6.
<br />II. INCLUDE A STATEMENT INDICATING THAT THE FEATURES, MATERIALS,
<br />COMPONENTS, OR MANUFACTURED DEVISE CONFORM TO THE APPLIANCE
<br />EFFICIENCY REGULATIONS AND PART 6 AND THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCH
<br />FEATURES, MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, OR MANUFACTURED DEVICES GIVEN IN
<br />THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS APPROVED BY THE LOCAL ENFORCEMENT
<br />AGENCY.
<br />III. STATE THE NUMBER OF THE BUILDING PERMIT UNDER WHICH THE
<br />CONSTRUCTION OR INSTALLATION WAS PERFORMED.
<br /> 8. WITHIN 90 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY RECORD
<br />DRAWINGS SHALL BE PROVIDED TO THE OWNER. IF A BUILDING DESIGN FEATURE,
<br />MATERIAL, COMPONENT OR MANUFACTURED DEVICE IS CHANGED BEFORE FINAL
<br />CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION, SUCH THAT THE BUILDING MAY NO LONGER
<br />COMPLY WITH PART 6, THE BUILDING MUST BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE, AND SO
<br />INDICATED ON AMENDED PLANS AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE(S) THAT SHALL
<br />BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL.
<br /> 9, THE BUILDER SHALL PROVIDE THE BUILDING OWNER OR PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE
<br />FOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE AT THE OCCUPANCY THE FOLLOWING:
<br />I.OPERATING INFORMATION: THE APPROPRIATE CERTIFICATE(S) OF
<br />COMPLIANCE AND A LIST OF THE FEATURES, MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, AND
<br />MECHANICAL DEVICES INSTALLED IN THE BUILDING AND INSTRUCTIONS ON
<br />HOW TO OPERATE THEM EFFICIENTLY.
<br />II. MAINTENANCE INFORMATION: REQUIRED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ACTIONS
<br />SHALL BE CLEARLY STATED AND INCORPORATED ON A READILY ACCESSIBLE
<br />LABEL. THE LABEL MAY BE LIMITED TO IDENTIFYING THE OPERATION AND
<br />MAINTENANCE MANUAL.
<br />III. VENTILATION INFORMATION: A DESCRIPTION OF THE QUANTITIES OF
<br />OUTDOOR AND RE-CIRCULATED AIR THAT THE VENTILATION SYSTEMS ARE
<br />DESIGNED TO PROVIDE TO EACH AREA.
<br /> 10. THE LESSER OF THE MINIMUM RATE OR OUTDOOR AIR REQUIRED BY SEC 120.1(c), OR
<br />THREE COMPLETE AIR CHANGES SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO THE ENTIRE BUILDING
<br />DURING THE ONE-HOUR PERIOD IMMEDIATELY BEFORE THE BUILDING IS NORMALLY
<br />OCCUPIED.
<br /> 11. ALL MECHANICAL VENTILATION AND SPACE-CONDITIONING SYSTEMS SHALL BE
<br />DESIGNED WITH DUCTWORK, DAMPERS, AND CONTROLS WHICH ALLOWS OUTSIDE
<br />AIR RATES TO BE OPERATED AT THE LARGER OF
<br />(1)THE MINIMUM LEVELS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 120.1(c)3 OR
<br />(2)THE RATE REQUIRED FOR MAKE-UP OF EXHAUST SYSTEMS THAT ARE
<br />REQUIRED FOR AN EXEMPT OR COVERED PROCESS, FOR CONTROL OF
<br />ODORS, OR FOR THE REMOVAL OF CONTAMINANTS WITHIN THE SPACE.
<br />MEASURED OUTSIDE AIR RATES OF CONSTANT AND VARIABLE VOLUME
<br />MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE WITHIN 10% OF OUTSIDE
<br />AIR RATE SHOWN ON TABLE 120.1-A.
<br /> 12. THE THERMOSTATIC CONTROLS FOR HVAC SYSTEMS SHALL BE CAPABLE OF BEING
<br />SET LOCALLY OR REMOTELY BY TO CONTROL COMFORT HEATING DOWN TO 55°F OR
<br />LOWER AND COOLING UP TO 85°F OR HIGHER. THE THERMOSTATIC CONTROLS SHALL
<br />BE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING A DEAD BAND RANGE OF AT LEAST 5°F WITHIN WHICH
<br />HEATING AND COOLING ENERGY TO THE ZONE IS SHUT-OFF OR REDUCE TO A
<br />MINIMUM.
<br /> 13. OUTDOOR AIR SUPPLY AND EXHAUST EQUIPMENT SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH
<br />DAMPERS THAT AUTOMATICALLY CLOSE UPON FAN SHUTDOWN.
<br /> 14, SPACE CONDITIONING SYSTEMS WITH DDC ZONE CONTROLS SHALL HAVE OPTIMUM
<br />START/STOP CONTROLS. MINIMUM CONTROLS SHOULD FUNCTION THE
<br />DIFFERENCE(S) BETWEEN SPACE TEMPERATURE(S) AND OCCUPIED SET POINT(S),
<br />THE OUTDOOR AIR TEMPERATURE(S), AND THE AMOUNT OF TIME PRIOR TO
<br />SCHEDULED OCCUPANCY.
<br /> 15. EACH SPACE-CONDITIONING SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH CONTROLS
<br />(1)CAPABLE OF AUTOMATICALLY SHUTTING OFF THE SYSTEM DURING
<br />PERIODS OF NON-USE AND SHALL HAVE
<br />(A) 4-HR TIMER OR;
<br />(B) OCCUPANCY SENSORS OR;
<br />(C) AUTO-TIME SWITCH CONTROLS AND ACCESSIBLE MANUAL OVERRIDE
<br />FOR UP TO 4-HRS.
<br />(2)AUTOMATICALLY RE-START AND TEMPORARILY OPERATE THE SYSTEM TO
<br />MAINTAIN SETBACK THERMOSTAT SETPOINTS FOR MECHANICAL HEATING
<br />AND COOLING.
<br />(3)MULTIPURPOSE, CLASSROOMS, CONFERENCE, CONVENTION, AUDITORIUM,
<br />AND MEETING CENTER ROOMS OF CERTAIN SIZE WHICH DO NOT HAVE
<br />PROCESSES OR OPERATIONS THAT GENERATE DUSTS, FUMES, VAPORS OR
<br />GASSES SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH OCCUPANT SENSOR(S) TO ACCOMPLISH
<br />THE FOLLOWING DURING UNOCCUPIED PERIODS
<br />(A)AUTOMATICALLY SET-UP THE OPERATING COOLING TEMPERATURE
<br />SET POINT BY 2°F OR MORE AND SETBACK THE OPERATING HEATING
<br />TEMPERATURE SET POINT BY 2°F OR MORE AND:
<br />(B)AUTOMATICALLY RESET THE MINIMUM REQUIRED VENTILATION RATE
<br />WITH AN OCCUPANT SENSOR VENTILATION CONTROL DEVICE
<br />ACCORDING TO SECTION 120.1(c)5.
<br /> 14, ALL ENCLOSED SPACES IN A BUILDING THAT ARE NORMALLY USED BY HUMANS SHALL
<br />BE VENTILATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 121.
<br /> 15. ALL FAN SYSTEMS EXHAUSTING AIR FROM THE BUILDING TO THE OUTSIDE SHALL BE
<br />PROVIDED WITH BACKDRAFT OR AUTOMATIC DAMPERS TO PREVENT AIR LEAKAGE.
<br /> 16. DUCT SYSTEMS SHALL COMPLY WITH UL 181, INCLUDING ALL COLLARS, CONNECTIONS
<br />AND SPLICES. ALL PRESSURE-SENSITIVE TAPES, HEAT-ACTIVATED TAPES AND
<br />MASTICS SHALL COMPLY WITH UL 181, UL 181A, OR UL181B
<br /> 17. ALL THERMOSTATS SHALL HAVE A DEADBAND BETWEEN HEATING AND COOLING,
<br />CAPABLE OF ADJUSTMENT UP TO 10°F.
<br /> 18. ALL EQUIPMENT DESIGNED TO BE FIXED IN POSITION SHALL BE SECURELY FIXED IN
<br />PLACE, AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEISMIC REQUIREMENTS.
<br /> 19. REQUIRED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ACTION SHALL BE CLEARLY STATED AND
<br />INCORPORATED ON A READILY ACCESSIBLE PERMANENT LABEL. THE LABEL MAY BE
<br />LIMITED TO CROSS REFERENCING THE MAINTENANCE MANUAL IF SUCH
<br />MAINTENANCE ACTION IS DESCRIBED THEREIN FOR THE LABELED ITEM.
<br /> 20. ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL CONFORM TO AND BE CERTIFIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
<br />APPLIANCE STANDARDS AND THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCH DEVICES GIVEN IN THE
<br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS APPROVED BY THE LOCAL ENFORCEMENT AGENCY.
<br /> 21. ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LABELED AS TO FUNCTION AND SPACES SERVED. (SEE
<br />SCHEDULE)
<br />EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS EFFICIENCY
<br />ANY APPLIANCE FOR WHICH THERE IS A CALIFORNIA STANDARD ESTABLISHED IN THE
<br />APPLIANCE EFFICIENCY STANDARDS MAY BE INSTALLED ONLY IF THE MANUFACTURER
<br />HAS CERTIFIED TO THE COMMISSION, AS SPECIFIED IN THOSE REGULATIONS, THAT THE
<br />APPLIANCE COMPLIES WITH THE APPLICABLE STANDARD FOR THAT APPLIANCE.
<br />INCLUDED ARE ROOM AIR CONDITIONERS, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING HEAT PUMPS
<br />(REGARDLESS OF CAPACITY, EXCEPT THAT REQUIREMENTS FOR CENTRAL AIR
<br />CONDITIONING HEAT PUMPS WITH COOLING CAPACITY OF 135,000 BTU/HR OR MORE
<br />APPLY TO HEATING PERFORMANCE BUT NOT COOLING PERFORMANCE), OTHER CENTRAL
<br />AIR CONDITIONERS WITH A COOLING CAPACITY LESS THAN 135,000 BTU/HR, FAN TYPE
<br />CENTRAL FURNACES WITH INPUT RATE LESS THAN 400,000 BTU/HR, BOILERS WALL
<br />FURNACES, FLOOR FURNACES, ROOM HEATERS, UNIT HEATERS, AND DUCT FURNACES
<br />SHALL HAVE BEEN CERTIFIED TO THE CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION BY ITS
<br />MANUFACTURER TO COMPLY WITH THE APPLIANCE EFFICIENCY STANDARDS.
<br />THE FOLLOWING SPACE CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT MAY BE INSTALLED ONLY IF THE
<br />MANUFACTURER HAS CERTIFIED THAT THE EQUIPMENT MEETS OR EXCEEDS ALL
<br />APPLICABLE EFFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS LISTED IN 112 OF THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY
<br />STANDARDS: ALL AIR CONDITIONERS, HEAT PUMPS AND CONDENSING UNITS 135,000
<br />BTU/HR; ALL WATER CHILLERS; ALL GAS-FIRED BOILERS 300,000 BTU/HR; ALL OIL-FIRED
<br />BOILERS 225,000 BTU/HR; AND ALL WARM AIR FURNACES AND COMBINATION WARM AIR
<br />FURNACES/ AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS 225,000 BTU/HR. FAN TYPE CENTRAL FURNACES
<br />SHALL NOT HAVE A PILOT LIGHT.
<br />PIPING, EXCEPT THOSE CONVEYING FLUIDS AT TEMPERATURES BETWEEN 60° F AND 105°
<br />F, OR WITHIN HVAC EQUIPMENT, SHALL BE INSULATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH STANDARDS
<br />123.
<br />AIR HANDLING DUCT SYSTEMS SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED, INSTALLED, SEALED, AND
<br />INSULATED IN COMPLIANCE WITH WITH SECTIONS 601, 602, 603, 604, AND 605 OF 2019 CMC
<br />STANDARDS. (NO DUCT TAPE ALLOWED).
<br />CONTROLS
<br />EACH SPACE CONDITIONING SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
<br />O EACH SPACE CONDITIONING SYSTEM SERVING BUILDINGS (AND ALL OTHERS
<br /> NOT EXPLICITLY EXEMPT FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 112(D))
<br /> SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH AN AUTOMATIC TIME SWITCH WITH AN
<br /> ACCESSIBLE MANUAL OVERRIDE THAT ALLOWS OPERATION OF THE SYSTEM
<br /> DURING OFF-HOURS FOR UP TO 4 HOURS. THE TIME SWITCH SHALL BE
<br /> CAPABLE OF PROGAMMING DIFFERENT SCHEDULES FOR WEEKDAYS AND
<br /> WEEKENDS; INCORPORATE AN AUTOMATIC HOLIDAY "SHUT-OFF" FEATURE
<br /> THAT TURNS OFF ALL LOADS FOR AT LEAST 24 HOURS, THEN RESUMES THE
<br /> NORMALLY SCHEDULED OPERATION; AND HAS PROGRAM BACKUP
<br /> CAPABILITIES THAT PREVENT THE LOSS OF THE DEVICE'S PROGRAM AND
<br /> TIME SETTING FOR AT LEAST 10 HOURS IF POWER IS INTERRUPTED.
<br />O EACH SPACE CONDITIONING SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH AN
<br /> OCCUPANCY SENSOR TO CONTROL THE OPERATING PERIOD OF THE SYSTEM.
<br />O EACH SPACE CONDITIONING SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH A
<br /> 4-HOUR TIMER THAT CAN BE MANUALLY OPERATED TO CONTROL THE
<br /> OPERATING PERIOD OF THE SYSTEM.
<br />O EACH SPACE CONDITIONING SYSTEM SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH CONTROLS THAT
<br /> TEMPORARILY RESTART AND TEMPORARILY OPERATE THE SYSTEM AS REQUIRED TO
<br /> MAINTAIN A SETBACK HEATING AND/OR A SETUP COOLING THERMOSTAT SETPOINT.
<br />O THERMOSTATS SHALL HAVE NUMERIC SETPOINTS IN ° F AND ADJUSTABLE
<br /> SETPOINT STOPS ACCESSIBLE ONLY TO AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
<br />O EACH SPACE CONDITIONING SYSTEM SERVING MULTIPLE ZONES WITH A COMBINED
<br /> CONDITIONING FLOOR AREA MORE THAN 25,000 SQ.FT. SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH
<br /> ISOLATION ZONES. EACH ZONE SHALL : NOT EXCEED 25,000 SQ.FT.; SHALL BE
<br /> PROVIDED WITH ISOLATION DEVICES, SUCH AS VALVES OR DAMPERS, THAT ALLOW
<br /> THE SUPPLY OF HEATING OR COOLING TO BE SETBACK OR SHUT OFF
<br /> INDEPENDENTLY OF OTHER ISOLATION AREAS; AND SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY A
<br /> TIME CONTROL DEVICE AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.
<br />O EACH SPACE CONDITIONING ZONE SHALL BE CONTROLLED BY AN INDIVIDUAL
<br /> THERMOSTATIC CONTROL THAT RESPONDS TO TEMPERATURE WITHIN THE ZONE.
<br /> WHERE USED TO CONTROL HEATING, THE CONTROL SHALL BE ADJUSTABLE DOWN TO
<br /> 55° F OR LOWER. FOR COOLING, THE CONTROL SHALL BE ADJUSTABLE UP TO 85° F
<br /> OR HIGHER. WHERE USED TO CONTROL BOTH HEATING AND COOLING, THE CONTROL
<br /> SHALL BE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING A DEAD BAND OF AT LEAST 5° F WITHIN
<br /> WHICH THE SUPPLY OF HEATING AND COOLING IS SHUT OFF OR REDUCED TO A
<br /> MINIMUM.
<br />O HEAT PUMPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH CONTROLS TO PREVENT ELECTRIC
<br /> RESISTANCE SUPPLEMENTARY HEATER OPERATION WHEN THE HEATING LOAD CAN
<br /> BE MET BY THE HEAT PUMP ALONE. ELECTRIC HEATING LOAD CAN BE MET BY
<br /> THE HEAT PUMP ALONE. ELECTRIC RESISTANCE SUPPLEMENTARY HEATER
<br /> OPERATION IS PERMITTED DURING TRANSIENT PERIODS, SUCH AS START-UPS AND
<br /> FOLLOWING ROOM THERMOSTAT SETPOINT ADVANCE, WHEN CONTROLS ARE PROVIDED
<br /> WHICH USE PREFERENTIAL RATE CONTROL, INTELLIGENT RECOVERY, STAGING,
<br /> RAMPING, OR SIMILAR CONTROL MECHANISMS DESIGNED TO PRECLUDE THE
<br /> UNNECESSARY OPERATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY HEATING DURING THE RECOVERY
<br /> PERIOD. SUPPLEMENTARY HEATER OPERATION IS ALSO PERMITTED DURING
<br /> DEFROST.
<br />VENTILATION
<br />O CONTROL SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALLOW OUTSIDE AIR DAMPERS OR DEVICES TO BE
<br /> OPERATED AT THE VENTILATION RATES AS SPECIFIED ON THESE PLANS.
<br />O GRAVITY OR AUTOMATIC DAMPERS INTERLOCKED AND CLOSED ON FAN SHUTDOWN
<br /> SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE OUTSIDE AIR INTAKES AND DISCHARGES OF ALL
<br /> SPACE CONDITIONING AND EXHAUST SYSTEMS.
<br />O ALL GRAVITY VENTILATING SYSTEMS SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH AUTOMATIC OR
<br /> READILY ACCESSIBLE MANUALLY OPERATED DAMPERS IN ALL OPENINGS TO THE
<br /> OUTSIDE, EXCEPT FOR COMBUSTION AIR OPENINGS.
<br />O AIR BALANCING: ALL SPACE CONDITIONING AND VENTILATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE
<br /> BALANCED TO THE QUANTITIES SPECIFIED IN THESE PLANS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br /> THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL BALANCING BUREAU(NEBB) PROCEDURAL
<br /> STANDARDS(1983), OR ASSOCIATED AIR BALANCE COUNCIL (AABC) NATIONAL
<br /> STANDARDS (1986).
<br />O OUTSIDE AIR CERTIFICATION: THE SYSTEM SHALL PROVIDE THE MINIMUM OUTSIDE
<br /> AIR AS SHOWN ON THE MECHANICAL DRAWINGS, AND SHALL BE MEASURED AND
<br /> CERTIFIED BY THE INSTALLING LICENSED C-20 MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR AND
<br /> CERTIFIED BY (1) THE DESIGN MECHANICAL ENGINEER, (2) THE INSTALLING
<br /> LICENSED C-20 MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR, OR (3) THE PERSON WITH OVERALL
<br /> RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DESIGN OF THE VENTILATION SYSTEM.
<br />O OUTSIDE AIR MEASUREMENT: THE SYSTEM SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A
<br /> CALIBRATED LOCAL OR REMOTE DEVICE CAPABLE OF MEASURING THE QUANTITY OF
<br /> OUTSIDE AIR ON A CONTINUOUS BASIS AND DISPLAYING THAT QUANTITY ON A
<br /> READILY ACCESSIBLE DISPLAY DEVICE.
<br />O ANOTHER METHOD APPROVED BY THE COMMISION.
<br />MECHANICAL MANDATORY MEASURES
<br /> 1. ENERGY EFFICIENCY COMPLIANCE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
<br />MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.
<br /> 2. A COPY OF THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS OR A COMPARABLE

<br />78.A PERFORMANCE TEST SHALL BE CONDUCTED UPON COMPLETION AND BEFORE APPROVAL OF
<br />A VENTILATION SYSTEM SERVING COMMERCIAL COOKING APPLIANCES. THE TEST SHALL
<br />VERIFY THE EXHAUST AIRFLOW IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTIONS 508.10.1.2 THRU508.10.1.5 OR
<br />THE AIRFLOW RATE STAMPED ON LISTED HOOD.
<br />79.THE PERMIT HOLDER SHALL VERIFY A CAPTURE AND CONTAINMENT PERFORMANCE OF THE
<br />HOOD. A FIELD TEST SHALL BE PERFORMED WITH COOKING EQUIPMENT AT NORMAL
<br />OPERATING TEMPERATURE AND CAPTURE AND CONTAINMENT SHALL BE VERIFIED THROUGH A
