Mostly <br />when customer takes more <br />time to pay or if vehicle <br />needs time between 2 <br />attempts. <br /> - Have customer reattempt <br />charging session <br />- If error persists, contact BTC <br />Power <br />- Connect to system remotely <br />and execute ping using PUTTY <br />- Check firmware version of <br />SECC Board <br />- Check ethernet connection to <br />SECC Board(s) <br />- Check power to SECC Board(s) <br />- Check grounding of SECC <br />Board(s) <br />CHARGER_NOTCOMPATIBLE Dispenser 5 Low Vehicle is not compatible <br />with charger. <br /> None None <br />CONNLOCK_READBCK_FAILURE Dispenser 5 Low On CHAdeMO if connector <br />lock read back is not <br />present. <br /> - Recommend customer to <br />attempt another charging <br />session <br />- Review logs for error history <br />- If issue is persistent, contact <br />BTC Power for further assistance <br />- Technician may be dispatched <br />if issue cannot be solved <br />remotely <br />- Test CHAdeMO connector with <br />tester or vehicle <br />- If session fails, inspect all <br />CHAdeMO wiring inside the <br />dispenser <br />- Inspect connector and locking <br />mechanism <br />VEHICLE_CURRENT_DEVIATION_ERROR Vehicle 5 Low Charger calibration for <br />Current is not in range and <br />vehicle detects deviation <br />from requested CCR. <br /> - Review logs for error history <br />- If issue is persistent, contact <br />BTC Power for further assistance <br />- Technician may be dispatched <br />if issue cannot be solved <br />remotely <br />- Check current calibration <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
