INSPECTION TEAM: Engineer, Contractor, Owner, and others as Engineer shall <br />direct, shall be present at the Final Review. <br />D. CORRECTIONS: If, after the inspection, the Engineer is of the opinion that all work <br />has been performed in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications, and that all <br />plant materials are in satisfactory growing he will give the Contractor written notice <br />of final acceptance and end of the formal maintenance period. <br />E. ACCEPTANCE: Work requiring corrective action or replacement in the judgment of <br />the Engineer shall be performed within 10 days after the final inspection. Corrective <br />work and materials replacement shall be in accordance with the Drawings and <br />Specifications, and shall be made by the Contractor at no cost to the Owner. <br />5.03.11 CLEANING <br />A. DURING MAINTENANCE PERIOD: Planted areas shall be kept free of debris, and <br />shall be cultivated and weeded at an interval of not more than 14 calendar days. <br />B. AT COMPLETION OF MAINTENANCE PERIOD, all areas included in the <br />Contract shall be clean and free of debris and weeds. Plant materials shall be live, <br />healthy, and free of infestation. <br />5.03.12 PROTECTION <br />Protect planting areas and plants against damage for duration of maintenance period. <br />Maintenance includes temporary protection fences, barriers, and signs as required for <br />protection. If plants become damaged or injured, treat or replace as directed by the <br />Engineer at no additional cost to Owner. <br /> <br />505 E Central Ave <br />#B11/6/2024
