Shall be fully developed horizontal bar-chart-type schedule prepared under concepts <br />and methods outlined in AGC Construction Planning and Scheduling Manual. <br />B. Provide separate bar for each activity or operation. <br />C. Activity shall not have a duration longer than 14 days or a value over $20,000.00 except <br />non-construction activities for procurement and delivery. <br />D. Prepare schedule on sheet of sufficient width to clearly show data. <br />E. Provide continuous heavy vertical line identifying first day of week. <br />F. Provide continuous subordinate vertical line identifying each day of week. <br />G. Identify activities by number, description, and cost. <br />H. Show each activity in proper sequence. <br />I. Indicate graphically sequences necessary for related activities. <br />J. Provide legend of symbols and abbreviations used. <br />1.10 COST AND SCHEDULE REPORTS <br />A. Activity Analysis: Tabulate each activity and identify for each activity: <br />1. Description. <br />2. Interface with outside contractors or agencies. <br />3. Duration. <br />4. Start date. <br />5. Finish date. <br />6. Actual start date. <br />7. Actual finish date. <br />8. Monetary value keyed to Schedule of Values. <br />9. Responsibility. <br />10.
