Thoroughly polish chromium or plated work. Remove dirt and stains from lighting <br />fixtures. <br />4. Leave the entire installation in a clean condition. <br />Q. Completion: <br />1. The work will not be reviewed for final acceptance until operating and maintenance data, <br />manufacturer's literature, panel directories and nameplates specified herein have been <br />approved and properly posted or installed and final cleaning of equipment and premises <br />has been completed. <br />2. When the installation is complete and adjustments have been made, operate the system <br />for a period of one week, during which time demonstrate that systems are completed and <br />operating in conformance with the specifications. <br />R. Operating and Maintenance Data: Submit complete and at one time, prior to acceptance of the <br />installation, 4 copies of manufacturer's instructions for operation and maintenance of electrical <br />equipment, including replacement parts lists. As specified in Division 01 <br />S. Inspection and Acceptance Procedures: The Architect will submit observation reports <br />periodically during the construction phase detailing Contract deficiencies. The Contractor is <br />responsible for making corrections immediately. Notice of Completion of the project will not <br />be made until all items have been corrected. <br />T. Final Completion of Electrical Systems: <br />1. Prior to Final Completion of operating electrical systems, the Contractor shall: <br />a. Provide materials of the type and quality specified and as necessary for proper <br />operation, tested and ready for use. <br />b. Deliver to the Architect, the Record Documents per 1.3 of this section. <br />c. Furnish the required Operating and Maintenance Data/Manuals. <br />d. Clean up of the project pertaining to this Division of the work. <br />e. After installation has been completed and adjustments made, operate the system for <br />a period of one week, during which time, demonstrate to the Architect that systems <br />are complete and operating in conformance with Contract Documents. <br />f. Conduct tests required and as specified in this Division and submit test reports and <br />corrective actions taken. <br />g. Submission of warranties and guarantees. <br />2. Final Completion of Work Shall be Contingent On: <br />a. Contractor replacing defective materials and workmanship. <br />b. Upon completion of work and adjustments made, Contractor shall conduct an <br />operating test for each system for approval at such time as Architect directs. <br />Conduct test in presence of authorized representative of Architect and demonstrate <br />that systems and equipment do operate in accordance with requirements of the <br />Contract Documents and are free from electrical and mechanical defects.
