<br />6. VERIFY SIZES AND LOCATIONS OF ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SIZES, EQUIPMENT
<br />PADS AND BASES REQUIREMENTS, AS WELL AS POWER AND WATER OR DRAIN
<br />INSTALLATIONS WITH EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE
<br />WORK. CHANGES TO ACCOMMODATE FIELD CONDITIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS SHALL
<br />BE MADE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COST TO THE SANTA ANA ZOO REPRESENTATIVE.
<br />7. VERIFY ALL OPENINGS IN THE FIELD PRIOR TO THE FABRICATION OF DOORS AND
<br />FRAMES.
<br />8. PROVIDE AND COORDINATE THE EXACT DIMENSIONS, SIZES, AND POSITIONS OF
<br />OPENINGS IN SLABS AND WALLS NECESSARY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE WORK.
<br />9. VALVES, CONTROLS AND TERMINATION SHALL BE POSITIONED FOR SAFE, DIRECT AND
<br />EASY ACCESS. PIPING AND DUCTWORK SHALL BE INSTALLED FOR CONVENIENT FUTURE
<br />ADDITIONS AND MODIFICATIONS.
<br />10. VERIFY AND COORDINATE SIZES, LOCATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS OF ALL WORK
<br />AND EQUIPMENT TO BE FURNISHED BY OTHERS, WITH THE MANUFACTURER OR
<br />SUPPLIER BEFORE ANY CONSTRUCTION.
<br />11. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADEQUATELY BRACING AND PROTECTING
<br />ALL WORK DURING CONSTRUCTION AGAINST DAMAGE, BREAKAGE, COLLAPSE AND
<br />MISALIGNMENT ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE CODES, STANDARDS AND GOOD
<br />CONSTRUCTION PRACTICES.
<br />12. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANUP OF ALL TRADES AND REMOVAL
<br />OF ALL DEBRIS. THE COMPLETED WORK SHALL BE LEFT CLEAN AND READY FOR
<br />OCCUPANCY.
