LARGE EXPANSIVE <br />PAVED AREAS LOCATED BETWEEN THE STREET AND THE <br />BUILDING SHOULD BE AVOIDED IN FAVOR OF SMALLER <br />MULTIPLE LOTS SEPARATED BY LANDSCAPING. <br />B.PARKING LOTS ADJACENT TO AND VISIBLE FROM PUBLIC <br />STREETS SHOULD BE SCREENED FROM VIEW THROUGH THE <br />USE OF ROLLING EARTH BERMS, LOW SCREEN WALLS, AND <br />CHANGES IN ELEVATION, LANDSCAPING OR <br />COMBINATIONS THEREOF.
