<br />9. UTILITY SERVICES: CONTRACTORS AND SUB-CONTRACTORS SHALL
<br />CONFIRM LOCATIONS OF UTILITIES AND NOTIFY ALL PERSONS WORKING ON
<br />SITE OF EXISTING UTILITIES. CONTRACTOR SHALL LOCATE AND IDENTIFY
<br />ACTIVE UTILITY SERVICES AND TEMPORARY DE-ACTIVATE THEM WHEN
<br />THEY CONSTITUTE A HAZARD. LOCATION OF GAS, ELECTRIC AND WATER
